Join Healthy n Happy Community Development Trust at Chatelherault Country Park to celebrate our national Saints’ day for a gentle ramble on Thursday the 30th of November.

We will be meeting at the Visitor Centre at 10:45 AM to explore the park grounds.

Join us to take in the sights and sounds of nature and pausing for a freshly brewed cuppa and a wee piece of shortbread within the park. Please book on the link above.

This is an excellent way for you to boost your physical and mental health with exercise and friendly chat in a stunning natural environment.

Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather and come prepared with outdoor clothing and the correct footwear.

This event is part of the Make Your Way Chatelherault arts, heritage and active travel project which connects the communities of Hamilton, Larkhall and Quarter with the park. The project includes a series of active travel activities and community workshops that will inform artworks and interpretation which will be designed for Chatelherault. It follows the first phase of the project which focussed on the communities of Carluke, Glassford, Lanark, Larkhall and Stonehouse.

The project is being delivered by Healthy n Happy Community Development Trust and icecream architecture and is supported by the Scottish Government Smarter Choices, Smarter Places grant, and Heritage Lottery Fund and LEADER supported Clyde and Avon Valley Landscape Partnership. Find out more at www.clydeandavonvalley.org/make-your-way
