Discover the living landscape of Chatelherault High Parks by joining one of our historical discovery walks being held as part of the Land, Life, Water Exhibition.  Journey through an ancient landscape full of archaeological secrets – and meet the 800 year old living legends with a tale to tell! Watch the video below to find out more about the ancient Cadzow Oaks. Join the Countryside Ranger Service to explore both the natural and historic environment of Chatelherault and find out how we have shaped, and continue to shape the landscape around us.

Walks are principally aimed at adults.  The terrain is easy to moderate - dress for the weather and stout footwear recommended.

Walks will be held on Friday 23 February; Friday 2, Friday 9 and Saturday 17 March.  Starting at 1 pm and finishing at approximately 3 pm.

Places are limited to 15 - booking essential at email address above.

The event is also part of the Land, Life, Water: Discovering the Clyde and Avon Valley Past and Present exhibition programme, taking place Saturday 17 - Sunday 18 March:
