What wildlife hangs out in the woods? Do you know how to spot it? Join Scottish Badgers and South Lanarkshire Council Ranger Service to become a Nature Ninja for the day! Get kitted out in the Chatelherault camouflage and learn how to track and spot the local wildlife! Games, activities and muddy fun!

Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear (waterproofs and wellies might be the best option!).  All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No dogs allowed.

Terrain:  Rough ground with slopes and boggy areas all possible!

Maximum number of participants:  10

Age Group:  5+ - All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult - Two leaders

Driving and public transport directions:  Chatelherault Country Park is located off the A72 at Ferniegair, and just a short distance from M74 Junction 7. The postcode for Sat Nav is ML3 7UE. The nearest train station is Chatelherault station on the Larkhall line. Chatelherault is approximately a 10-20 minute walk from the station.

Parking:  Ample free parking is available within the main car park at Chatelherault Country Park
